How should I launder my Forge FR items?
Please refer to the care label on the inside of the garment. If the care label has been removed, use the instructions below.
Use a mild or liquid detergent that does not contain bleach, fabric softener, or other additives that can reduce the Fire-resistant properties of FR clothing.
• Wash your FR clothing separately from other garments.
• Avoid using high water temperatures.
• Use a gentle cycle with cold water, depending on the garment’s care label.
• Avoid using bleach or other chemicals that can degrade the flame-resistant properties of the FR fabric.
• Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets, which can leave a residue that reduces the fabric’s flame resistance.
• Tumble dry medium and remove promptly. If chosen, you may press with an iron on the Permanent Press/Low setting.
• Always consult the garment manufacturer for detailed instructions and precautions.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
- If an item is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect within 10 days of receiving your order, we will gladly replace or refund it. (Some conditions may apply**)
- Embroidered, screen-printed items are not eligible for return.
- All return requests must be received within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date
- A return authorization number is required for all returns and must be included with the return shipment. Please contact our order management team at info@mccormickwholesale.com.
- Return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items is our responsibility. We will provide our UPS number with the return authorization
**We do not accept returns after 30 days of invoice date.
