Forge FR Canada Shipping Policy

In the dynamic landscape of today’s fast-paced world, shipping rates are ever-changing. We are dedicated to securing the best shipping rates for our customers. Our shipping department consistently evaluates carriers to identify those offering the quickest and most efficient service to our various locations across Canada.

Our shipping policy entails shipping and billing for freight from our location in Calgary, AB. When placing online orders, a shipping estimate is generated at checkout. It’s important to note that these rates are only estimates, and the actual rates will be applied once your shipment undergoes a thorough review, considering the prevailing daily rates.

We welcome the option for accounts to provide a shipper account number. If you opt for this, kindly provide your shipper account number and all pertinent shipping instructions during checkout. We value flexibility and aim to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.

Returns and Exchanges

If an item is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect within 10 days of receiving your order, we will gladly replace or refund it. (Some conditions may apply**)

 

  • Embroidered, screen-printed items are not eligible for return.
  • All return requests must be received within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date.
  • A return authorization number is required for all returns and must be included with the return shipment. Please contact our order management team at info@forgefrcanada.ca.
  • Return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items is our responsibility. We will provide a return label with the return authorization.

 

**We do not accept returns after 30 days of invoice date.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or modify a recently placed order, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment facility and is in the processing stage, it becomes non-cancelable and non-revisable.

Order Processing

Similar to most websites, our system automatically initiates order processing upon receiving your order. For any inquiries about this process, please email us at info@forgefrcanada.ca.

Out-of-Stock Orders

While we strive to fulfill orders as received, product availability is a factor. In the event that an item on your order is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to discuss suitable replacement options. If the alternatives or adjusted delivery schedule are not acceptable, you have the option to cancel the order.
